Honestly, the book was incredibly refreshing and such an enjoyable read. The pacing was excellent, the characters interesting, it was just overall a really well rounded piece.

I really loved this book. It is difficult to completely quantify the genre, but as a thriller-reader by choice, this did not disappoint at all. This book is very difficult to put down once you start reading! Alongside fast-paced action and suspense, were characters that you really found yourself liking, often for their very dead-pan humour which also made it a really entertaining read. You really care about them as their back-stories are so well thought out. I found it very clever and very poignant that so many important themes could be woven into one book: online ethics, fears and phobias, family dynamics, broken homes, post-traumatic stress, even down to the everyday difficulties of being a young carer. So much so - all young adults should read this book! How brilliantly this is so all woven into a fantastically intricate thriller I cannot explain - but it is, and it is a superb read.
